How
are Property Management firms chosen?:
Vendors are first recommended by members. After that,
we will interview vendors and do our best to make
sure that they meet our members minimum standard of
excellence. There isn’t a specific “system”
used to locate or find any one vendor.

How long do tenant
profiles stay in the system?: Tenant
profiles, by default, are purged every 45 days.
The thinking behind this is 1) If they are
thinking of moving at a time beyond 45 days
there is an excellent chance that currently
available units will or should be gone by then.
If it takes longer than 45 days for a tenant
to pick an available unit, then they really
are looky-loos and aren't serious about their
housing needs.

What happens if a
member doesn't pay a invoice or bill in a timely
manner?
This is a fairly serious violation since in part
we are all in this together and rely upon each others
professionalism and trust. We will contact the member
in violation one time on behalf of the referring
member. Should the issue not be resolved there will
be a warning put into the violating members profile.
If it happens again, their services will be revoked.

What sort of governing
body does DataNet365 have over violations by members?:
At this time, basically, the members through their
own professional standards and etiquette handle their
own problems. However, if we need to get involved
in handling minor problems we will. If a specific
member continues to be a problem then they are eliminated
from DataNet365. Hopefully, it never gets to that
point because it just isn't worth it.
