As an individual owner, you can not become a member.

by employing a property management company that is

Is
there a limit to the number of managers I can have
logged in to DataNet365?: We have
various subscription levels all of which allow an
office to add as many managers or clerical people
as they want. Each additional user does bring additional
web server overhead and consequently increases the
monthly subscription rate.

Will
I have to fill out application forms for each vender
to be able to get service?:
No. One of the benefits of being a DataNet365 member
is instant access to all of our approved vendors.
Your license agreement allows us to forward your information
to all member vendors and at the same time obligates
you to pay for any services performed through the
DataNet365 agreement

Does
it cost me anything when the DataNet365 services/program
is upgraded?: Upgrades are FREE!! We have
designed our technology to be web based and web driven.
That means that all upgrades will be transparent.
We will be working in the background 24/7 to keep
the web running and cutting edge. Your input will
be greatly appreciated and improvements to the functionality
will be implemented as quickly as possible.
