When
are Subscription Fees paid?: Subscription
fees are due on the 25th for the following month.
It is a members responsibility to make sure that we
have a valid credit card on file to charge against.
In the event a charge does not go through, we will
then have a couple of days to notify a member and
get the situation corrected before their access to
the DataNet365 system is automatically locked out.

long does it take to get our management company approved?
Approval times vary depending on the state you are
in and how complete and accurate your information
is. Normally 48 hours is average |

Why
do you require us to have a business license?:
DataNet365
is for legitimate Property Management companies only.
Even if you are a one man operation, you should have
a business license and tax ID number in order to be
totally legal. Having these things just helps ensure
an individuals position in the property management
and DataNet365 community. |

I ever get denied access to DataNet365?:
YES.
There are a number of ways to get denied services.
The most obvious would be non payment of subscription
fees. However, there are other ways as well. We are
promoting professionalism in the property management
industry. If your firm continues to receive complaints
from vendors for unethical practices, or non-payment
for services ordered, or you continually upset or
harass other members, your affiliation will be terminated. |
